Nice views from the hotel room and delicious breakfast offered. The hotel is well-located near many attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The beds were very comfortable which allowed me to sleep really well.
The staff at the hotel was not helpful, they did not meet my needs or show the best attitude possible. the hotel room was not very clean, and I found hairs in the bathroom and the carpets didn't look very clean.

I had an amazing time at this retreat! The natural surroundings were breathtaking, with lush greenery and misty air that made for a truly enchanting experience. The Wood Shelter rooms were extremely spacious, and it was a nice touch to have the option of both air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a clean and well-maintained swimming pool that I unfortunately didn't have a chance to swim in. The staff was incredibly hospitable and friendly, even providing a personal escort to our room after check-in. The location just off the highway was convenient for easy access.
All good.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the peaceful and well-maintained surroundings of the retreat. the location, just an hour away from Kuala Lumpur, made it convenient for a quick getaway. I especially enjoyed the ATV experience, with the helpful and kind guide who made the adventure even more enjoyable. the friendly and courteous staff added to the positive experience, making it a great choice for couples and families seeking a peaceful retreat.
Being on the third level, I noticed a significant decrease in water pressure during peak shower hours, as the majority of water was being used by guests on the lower levels.

The retreat is conveniently located just off the highway, making it easily accessible. the rooms are equipped with comfortable beds and the bathrooms are clean. Guests can enjoy a variety of activities such as swimming in the pool.
The staff service could be improved, as they seem to lack knowledge about the activities available at the retreat.
